Many of you might remember that we adopted sweet Sapphire back in October. She was severely abused before we got her didn't know how to play and have fun. She has PTSD and severe anxiety issues but the video below shows what a little love and compassion can do to change dog's world. Our other dog Shiya was quite depressed when we suddenly lost Yuki back in August. Sapphire has helped Shiya rehab as well!

Most of Ontario is moving into Phase 3 and Paws Away will be sticking with our protective steps while visiting your home. We have included our list below. Contact us today to book in your pets for dog walking while you're at work or pet sitting while away at the cottage. [email protected] or 519-880-5225 1. We are no longer leaving notes or treats. We are sending an email or text after each of our visits. This is to reduce contact within your home. 2. We are making sure to soc...ial distance during our walks and are not coming within 2 meters of anyone else while out for a walk. 3. We are making sure to disinfect surfaces we might touch within your home, including door handles, crate doors, counter tops etc. 4. We are washing our hands frequently to help prevent the spread. 5. We are using our own leashes during the visits, to reduce contact with your pet’s belongings. 6. We are wearing masks within your home. 7. We are no longer providing in home Meet and Greets. Papers are sent by email beforehand to be filled out and signed and are collected with any necessary keys before our first visit. Meetings will take place outside of your home with social distancing measures in place.
