Hello Paw Pals! We are hoping to confirm our attendance for December since we are trying to determine when our Christmas closure will be. We would like to know who is planning on bringing their pup(s) in on :... Monday Dec 21 Tuesday Dec 22 Wednesday Dec 23 Monday Dec 28 Tuesday Dec 29 Wednesday Dec 30 Please shoot us a message with the days you'd like to prebook or let a daycare staff member know by Friday Dec 4th. We will be posting what days we will be closed for the holidays by Dec 7th. As of right now, the daycare will be closed December 24, 25, and 31. Thank you all for your understanding and continued support

-COVID-19 POLICY AND PROCEDURES- Hello Paws to Play clients and friends!! We are EXTREMELY happy to announce that we are coming back as of JUNE 01, 2020!! ... Please read this post carefully for guidelines and precautions being put in place to assure a safe environment for everyone. DROPPING OFF AND PICKING UP YOUR DOG 1) We ask that only ONE client enter the daycare at a time. 2) We know that a lot of clients enjoy bringing their kids or family members with them to pick their dog up. We ask that all clients please leave any extra family members or children at home during this time. 3) If you come up to the daycare and have to wait outside, we ask you to stay SIX FEET away from any other client waiting outside the daycare. 4) We ask that you please continue social distancing when inside the daycare, and remain 6 ft. away from all staff members. LUNCHES AND LEASHES 1) We are not allowing any lunches to be left at daycare during this time. We have plenty of grain-free pumpkin cookies available to the dogs that need it. 2) We ask that all clients take their leashes and collars with them when they leave their dog for the day. We will not allow any leashes or collars to be left at the daycare. PAYMENT AND DAYCARE PASSES 1) We are temporarily eliminating all cash transactions. We will accept debit/credit or E-transfer. NAILS AND BATHS 1) We will not be doing nails or baths at this time. This is a temporary measure, and we will resume these services once we have proper equipment to do so. We will be keeping a close eye on the situation in the province, and will make any changes deemed necessary by the government. Reminder! Through the month of October, Paws to Play will be closed on Mondays due to low attendance. If you'd like your dog to attend on Mondays, please ask staff to write your name on our request sheet. We hope to have the required numbers for attendance soon to reopen on Mondays. We've missed you all so much! We hope you've all been doing well since we last saw you. We are currently prepping for compliance of the safety measure guidelines and are excited to welcome our pack back June 1st! Please keep an eye out for our new safety regulations and rules that we will post in the next few days. Be well!

Unfortunately things are not working out as we would have hoped and we will not be returning to play with your pups this upcoming week. Paws to play will be closed until further notice. We will update you once we are re-opening. Fingers crossed that day is soon! Hey paws to play family! We hope that everyone is staying happy and healthy this week. We will continue to remain closed next week. We remain hopeful that some day soon we will be back playing with all our pups.

Attention Clients, In response to concerns on the health and safety of our staff, our clients and our community we will be closed starting Monday March 23rd for the week. As of right now, the duration of our closure isnt known but we will keep clients updated via social media (Facebook & Instagram) . If youd like to be placed on a call list for when we open, please feel free to ask. We will do our best to help our clients during this time. If your dog needs immediate care... during the quarantine please contact us. Please note, we might not be able to accommodate everyone but we will do our best to assist our Paws family. Packages already purchased will have their expiry extended for when we get back in action. If you have any questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to contact us. Hello Paws to Play friends! Wed like to keep our Paw Family updated on current measures were putting in place in related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Keeping our clients, staff and community safe is a key priority of ours in addition to our main focus which is - as always- your pups! Wed like to thank everyone for their understanding and co-operation. We will be keeping an eye on things as news progresses and will inform clients of potential closures at the daycare.... -We respectfully ask and expect all our clients to keep their pets at home if there is any risk or signs of illness in your home or you are under quarantine. While the current research shows that dogs are not carriers of Covid-19 we want to minimize any risk of transmission to staff via leashes, dishes or lunches. Even if your pups is bouncing off the walls and driving you bonkers, please keep them home if youre under self quarantine or are in contact with others who are. -Stringent hand-washing and sanitization will be increased here in the daycare. No staff that have had signs of illness or contact with those who are ill will be on site and be required to self quarantine for two weeks. -We will be disinfecting our debit machine and desk between clients as well as washing off office door handles regularly. Hand sanitizer will be offered at our front desk for clients coming and going from the daycare to minimize risk. -Our rigorous cleaning procedures for the daycare itself will continue to remain in place. We will always maintain a clean, healthy space for the dogs to play. But well be beefing up our cleaning procedures for end of day in addition. We are a small business that strives to meet every goal and expectation placed on us. We hope that if we do have to close to conform to recommendations from the minister of health, that it wont be for long and we will have the support of our Paws Family backing us up along the way. If you have any questions or concerns about your pups stay with us either at daycare or for sitting, please do not hesitate to contact us!
