TO OUR DEAR CUSTOMERS With the COVID-19 crisis we are all trying to be as safe as possible, so we’ve come up with an idea that works for all of us. During this time we are arranging free porch pick up and delivery at no charge to those who are unable to go out. If you absolutely cannot roll up the rugs due to your abilities or the size of the rug, we can come in with a mask and gloves, keeping at a safe social distance. Wow, this seems so strange, but this is reality at the m...oment. This also applies to carpet cleaning in your home. We are taking steps necessary to make sure everyone is safe. Our technicians wash their hands before and after every job. If you want them to wear masks and gloves...we absolutely will honour your request. I f you are in a condo/apartment building you can put your rug in the common hallway as we arrive, and as we pick it up, we’ll slide the receipt under your door. You could also arrange with your concierge to have him pick up and deliver it back to you. He can put your rug/s in a safe place where we can pick them up and return them to the same spot once we’ve washed them and the concierge can return them to you with the invoice. Payment can be made over the phone or through e-transfer. As well if you wish to come to either our home/office or rug plant to deliver and/or pickup your rugs, we can take the rugs out of your vehicle, and even email you the receipt if you wish. We are continuing to clean and disinfect our offices several times daily, and we are following the CDC COVID-19 Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection guidelines. The health of our clients and staff is important to us. They are just our employees. They’re our family. While nothing is certain with Covid19, we want you to be assured we are doing our part to keep healthy. Clean area rugs, carpets and furnishings can protect your health just as much as cleaning your hard surfaces regularly. With our process, we can bring your rugs back sanitized and disinfected.
