We are hoping that we will be able to re-open on April 16th, 2020, at least in a partial capacity. We apologize to all patients who are affected by this closure. In this time of extreme caution, we are writing to let you, our patients, know what we are doing at Peak Performance while we are still OPEN. As Health Care Providers, our team is taking steps to be proactive in this outbreak of COVID-19. Your care and safety of your loved ones are our main priorities as we continue to deliver patient care to those that are in desperate need. While we can, our doors will remain open during this time. All of us are making adjustments to the ...way we live and work, and are committed to making it safe and comfortable for you to come to us to receive the healthcare that our patients need.
