Have company coming over or just want to mix yourself up something special? Oysters Rockefeller are always a hit (and much easier than you may expect!) Simply take oysters in the half shell, smother with a butter and herb sauce, top with bread crumbs and optional grated cheese, then bake or broil until browned on top. Serve with a lemon squeeze and enjoy! There are many variations on Oysters Rockefeller you can find online with spinach, or red pepper sauce or even bacon! As for the oysters to make them? We have them ready for you - and you can even order online! Enjoy!

We miss big events like everyone else; we have made some of our most creative and exciting dishes for food festivals and foodie events! This was an octopus bite we made for Taste in the Glebe a few years back, and it was a huge hit! We can't wait to see everyone out at events again soon, but in the meantime don't be afraid to experiment with octopus at home - it's surprisingly simple to prepare, and it's a nice change from the ordinary!

My wife and I very much enjoy Pelican market & grill, we’ve purchased their fish/seafood on multiple occasions, always tasty. We have also had their New Years t...akeout dinner a few times , highly recommended! Lunch is always great!
