Here is a great way to use your favourite micro greens This morning I made a breakfast wrap using our fresh eggs and topping it with fava bean shoots (my new favourite ). Super nutritious and so yummy!!

Some of the things we have for sale here at the farm. We will have more things as they grow Radish-$3.00/bunch Spinach-$4.00/6oz bag Green Onions-$2.00/bunch... Micro greens are all $4.50/container Pea Shoots Radish Shoots Fava Beans Shoots Sunflower Shoots Our farm fresh eggs-$4.00/dozen You can pick these things up here at our farm. We can do this contactless for you. We have a cooler set up outside where we can place your order. There is a container to put cash or if you’d prefer we accept etransfers. We can also deliver to your home locally ( Torbrook, Nictaux, Middleton, Kingston and Greenwood). This would also be contactless. You can etransfer or leave payment in something on your step (once you know we are there) and we will leave your order on your step.

It’s been a long day working in the greenhouse and planting out another garden bed. Tonight’s supper was a great way to get more energy to do some more things this evening. Barbecued chicken wraps topped with some of our spinach . Yes, we finally have spinach ready to sell!!

It’s that time of year when hubby gets the urge to cook doughnuts. He makes them every year around Christmas using a recipe handed down from his grandmother. I’m sure this is just the first batch for the season lol. Soooo yummy

So, we are experimenting in the greenhouse. We don’t have garden beds in the house we are presently heating so we thought we’d try something. We are growing some things in rain gutters. We’ll see in a few weeks if it’s actually going to work
