We all too often post pictures of the best moments. Well this is my reality today... spent under cover with #vertigo. Nauseated, dizzy and can't stand up. Life is not always glamorous. Vertigo is the sensation that you, or the environment around you, is moving or spinning even if you are not moving. This feeling may be barely noticeable, or it may be so severe that you find it difficult to keep your balance and do everyday tasks. My benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPP...V) occurs when tiny calcium particles are dislodged from their normal ear location and collect in the inner ear. The inner ear sends signals to the brain about head and body movements relative to gravity. But these crystals cause it to think that my head is turning or twisting and makes the whole room spin like a merry-go-round for hours or sometimes days. There are many physio fixes such as the Epley manoeuvre that you can do but none seem to work for me. Taking serc too. I will have to ride it out
