COVID-19 Update The health and safety of our team members and customers is exceptionally important to us at PERMA-DRY. We have been, and continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 within and around our services areas. Basement leaks and wet basements are proven to be unhealthy and are a stressor to customers, especially those who are already dealing with the fear and stress of the virus, reduced hours in their jobs, etc. For the time being, PERMA-DRY locations will rema...in open to service our customers and rescue them from their wet basements to alleviate these stresses and deliver peace of mind. PERMA-DRY has taken steps to educate our staff on COVID-19 and what we can do to protect our team and customers and prevent it from spreading. Part of that is not shaking hands, keeping 1m (3ft) between team members and customers, coughing into elbows, wearing masks, frequently washing hands, tools and work areas and more. We also have the ability to diagnose some basement leak problems electronically via photos, videos, video calls and more to minimize contact and potential spread along with being able to accept electronic payments to minimize contact and spread.
