So bad not to have posted for so long! Pete has been busy! As most of you know he is now teaching this trade that he loves so much downtown at Fanshawe College but that does not mean that he has not been busy with the business- Oh NO! He has done at least 2 events a month since we last chatted and my goodness what fun he is having. Last week was a wine tasting party in London for 20 people with stations of the world pairing food and wine and just last night a wonderful dinner party for 6 also in London(see the picture below). He is also still hosting the Epicure cooking classes for me - This month is Thai Peanut Stir fry so join us if you can ( I will be posting the invite here later this weekend!)

Just a reminder that tonights cooking class is Thai and starts at 7. Come if you can - food looks amazing and in only 20 minutes!!

As you may have read in the profile, I started DINE because I wanted to bring the tradition of fine dining and service to people in their own homes, as I truly felt it was becoming a lost art. I now get to pass on my years of expertise to the next generation. I have accepted a position with The School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts at Fanshawe College's new Downtown Campus here in London. First week of school is very exciting with this beautiful brand new facility. Which includes the Chef's Table Restaurant and the Chef's Table Café!
