Our premier has announced that groomers are able to open again while maintaining necessary precautions. As a result, we have started to implement our protocols to commence reopening our salon!!!!! We have been getting an influx of emails and phone calls regarding rebooking appointments. We would like to inform our clients that there are 8 weeks of cancelled appointments that we have to get through. To make it fair for everyone, we have decided to contact clients in a prioriti...zed sequence from when their appointments were cancelled. We will be placing all other inquires on a waitlist and contact once we have caught up. There will be several necessary precautions set in place to keep everyone safe. First and foremost, our disinfection protocols will be maintained. We will disburse appointments to keep foot traffic to a minimum. Our door will remain closed with video doorbell to signify clients are out front. At that time, we will transfer your dog to one of our leashes to maintain disinfection or cross contamination. Please bring leashes upon pick up. All payments will be contactless as much as possible at the door before bringing your pet out. All staff will wear gloves and masks for your protection. Most importantly, we ask for everyones patience and understanding at this time, there will be noticeable changes and adjustments while maintaining COVID-19 protocols. We must stay safe and continue with health, safety and disinfection protocols to maintain the protection of both our clients and staff. Nail trim chart....I know not everyone has done nails, but clients have been asking how to trim their dogs nails. Here is a great chart so you can visualize a nail trim. Please have kwik stop or corn starch should a nail happen to bleed it will help stop it. Place on the nail and hold on there with a bit of paper towel.
