SOME JOBS ARE A BIT MORE SATISFYING THAN OTHERS!!!!This is from a customer and friend.. The story of THE HUG CHAIR...Ive owned this chair for over 20 yrs. It sat in the sunporch of my former home where Ive spent many hours thinking, hugging my kids and watching them grow before my eyes. Its given me peace, hope and love. The chair was originally handmade by my Grand Uncle Ed Fraser, then passed on to my Aunt Sherry. She then passed it on to my Godmother Aunt Marilyn who had i...t in her bedroom while going through cancer. I can remember her sitting in it talking to me about the chair and how she felt she was getting a hug when she sat in it because of its high arms. The chair was then given to my mom who passed it in to me. Through the years it was becoming worn with love. Perhaps not the prettiest chair on the block but a chair with a history of love. Every year I would look at the chair with its 60's worn threading and say you should be honored. But every year it seemed something, maybe not as important but a necessity would arise and the chair got moved back. Last year when moving while some may assume by its condition it was bound for heavy garbage it was brought to get new life.Now THE HUG chair sits in our new home in a corner of windows carrying the strength and love of all who previously loved her, the laughs, tears and hope. She will provide many more hugs for generations to come. Xo See more

Would like to share a job for my followers...This job is a newer sofa cushion that has deteriorated with use and the repair...If u have a sofa u can feel something sharp or springs, here is probably yr issue and fix.First pic shows what it should look like 2nd is the issue and 3rd is the repair....As u can see the spring bed was removed and a solid piece of foam was installed and never to have the same issue again

Project ummm where do I start ?? Cover a round object with a flat material no pattern..Let's give er a go..

Grand Dad - Grand daughter I'm fixing the seat on yr mini bike what color do u want yr seat.. Grand daughter responds- Pink and rainbows (lol)..like he expected something different.. Grand Dad-- oh God why did I ask...... Grand dad to upholstery guy -- dont know what to do, anything u can do for me?? Upholstery Guy!!! Hold my Beer!!!! Lol
