Dear Clients, I are reaching out with an update on the steps we are taking to keep our members, our coaches, and our entire community healthy and safe. Your wel...l-being is central to our purpose and our top priority as we join companies around the world responding to the current global health challenge. We are proud that so many of you consider our center a safe space where your wellness journey is supported, and we want that to continue, so we have taken many proactive steps to maintain the healthiest possible environment. In accordance with guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), we are cleaning our spaces thoroughly and frequently. We have been instructed to follow the CDC’s best practices, including frequent hand washing, to keep themselves and others safe. Together we can do this because community has never been more important! Plan for the next 2-weeks. Please reschedule, if you are ill. Take care of YOU! We are operating during regular business hours with a few changes. Walk in's are welcome, however, please try your best to make an appointment prior to stopping in. Please continue to self-measure at home for the time being, as we will be coaching with "distancing." Phone appointments are available. You may phone in your order as l well have it ready before you arrive for your appointment. Create a Prepared Pantry with enough food for a few weeks. Pre-order to ensure you have your favorite IP food stocked. In the event you need to stay home, remember that being stuck in the house might entice you to go off protocol. Refocus your energy by doing things like taking a walk, listening to a meditation app, making a list of things you are grateful for, reading motivational articles, blogs and books or calling a friend. Stay in contact with your coach whether by phone, text or email or messaging via the Ideal Protein Platform. Stay on protocol-to keep your body healthy and strong. Avoid sugar- it reduces how white blood cells do their job (part of that includes attacking bacteria) and increases inflammatory markers in the body. Take immune boosters-Vitamin C, Zinc, Elderberry, Echinacea. Stay hydrated. Get plenty of sleep each night. Look out for regular updates from us as we navigate this evolving situation, and thank you for being a part of our community. Be well.
