Good morning, Revelstoke. We have taken the weekend to strategize how best to serve our community moving into this unknown time, and come up with a new procedur...e for service. From now on we will be offering a No Contact Delivery Only service. This service will work as follows: *** Monday and Tuesday will be reserved for customer orders to be called/sent in. $50 minimum, please. We will require your name, phone number, address for delivery, and credit card information (taken over the phone only to ensure security. Messaged orders will be called for this info). We can only accept Credit payment at this time. If you dont have a card, but a family member or friend does, please arrange with them for purchase and reimbursement. We encourage you to work together so no one misses out on necessities. We are taking orders only from 10AM-2PM on these days. If you send/phone in an order too early or too late, your order will not be accepted and you will have to try again on the next ordering day. We apologize, but this will avoid long and complicated waitlists. No orders will be delivered on these days. If order volumes are low, we may add another order day later in the week to increase our capacity. *** Wednesday-Friday will be when orders are packed, charged, and delivered to your house. We will be dividing the town into sections to aid in route planning. We will be using the Recycling map as a guide to split the town up. Delivery Assignments: - South of Edward Street (southside, arrow heights, and further) = Wednesday - Farwell to Downtown North of Edward St = Thursday - Columbia Park, Big Eddy, TCH, and surrounding areas = Friday We are in the process of making a store website, which should be live later this week. Once it is up, we will be asking our customers to use this to place their orders. Thank you so much for supporting us in supporting you during this difficult time.
