Good afternoon, Well, it’s not a huge shock that our Wednesday is weather impacted once again. Unbelievable!! We hate cancelling class, especially considering the many we’ve missed already. But, in the end, it all boils down to the safety of us all. And we don’t feel venturing back out onto the roads today would be a good idea.... Stay safe and see you soon...

FYI: as Wednesday’s class was cancelled due to poor weather. In honour of the recent Hockey Day in Canada, we’ll be training in our favourite team’s jersey tomorrow night (Monday, Feb.17). If you don’t have a hockey jersey you are free to wear a jersey of any sort.

Another Battle of the Phoenix in the books. Congrats to everyone who participated today...you all did great! In the end, it was a slim points advantage to Team Dragons, this year’s Phoenix Cup champs. Also, congrats to everyone on their belt promotion. Well deserved!! Special thanks to everyone who assisted in today’s event!

Hi folks, We hope you are all doing as good as can be expected during this SOE. This can be a trying time both physically and mentally. As of now, we will be resuming our training on Monday. Of course, there is another system expected on Monday, but it sounds like the snow is headed towards central NL. We’ll likely be hit with rain/freezing rain. Will post updates as we hear them. ...
