Photo of the Day. Looking way back in the archives for this image. These two unusual looking birds are Hoatzins, native to the Amazon where a lot of weird things crop up. For example, Hoatzin chicks are born with claws on their wing digits and, as adults, they are the only birds to feed exclusively on leaves so their stomachs are multi chambered - more like cows than birds!
