Physio at Hand 06.01.2021

Last workout of 2020. Here we are on day 6 of the second lockdown this year. Back to the basement home gym. ... We can still exercise. Getting in 4-5 days a week of 20-30 mins of moderate exercise such as biking or walking has many health benefits including reducing stress , reduce your of heart disease , controlling your weight , manage blood sugar and insulin levels, strengthen your muscles and bones , reduce your risk of falls , improve your sexual health and improve your sleep.
