Orders will start by phone only on December 31st at 9am. Pick-ups will be between 3pm and 7:30pm on December 31st. No orders will be taken by voicemail, email, or facebook messenger.

Dear Patrons, We are disappointed with the latest announcements from our government. After 11 months of conforming, investing and adapting to new rules, regulations, and mandates we find ourselves right back where we were almost one year ago. Picante's will once again adapt to the current changes and proceed to offer takeout-only starting next week. Our takeout market section will also continue - so feel free to come pick up your coffee beans, baked goods, desserts, special...ty gift items and much more. We would love to understand why certain sectors of our economy are targeted while others are left untouched. Almost 109 million people and 10% of jobs around the world are directly in hospitality and millions more are connected/dependent on this sector. The magnitude of our current policies will be felt for generations and the working class will absorb the brunt of the colateral damage. Our business is food and hospitality. In order not to be placed in confrontational/policing roles and to continue having a positive space, please inform yourself on the requirements and follow responsibly. This being said, we will accept exemptions of those that are unable to wear a mask under the Disability Act and hope to not have to discriminate against any patron as upheld in our Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
