NEW FLAVOUR Working with local @thegoldspice to create a gelato with the world’s most expensive spice, Saffron! No machine can do the delicate work required to harvest the thin threads. It can take up to 40 hours of manual labour to produce just 1 kilogram of high quality saffron. A complex, nuanced flavor saffron is known to be described as sweet, floral, earthy and similar to honey. We will let you be the judge of that and come try it for yourselves! ... We have added a deep purple confetti of dried petals to play with the smooth Saffron texture and add a few flecks of delicate colour!
