Thank you everyone for doing the right thing. Some answers about nutrition... :) but first lets take care of our time below.... So we seem to have this social distancing figured out for the most part....but what can we do with our time? Reconnect as a family for starters :) Pick up a phone and call someone that you have been neglecting for the past while. Add a personal touch...don't text. Binge a bit of Netflix, play a board game or have a movie night. Follow along with your favorite streamer : I am on twitch.tv/enticerll yep, I am a pro-gamer. Thought I would plug myself. Clean the house. Create a new hobby. Go for a walk...this excludes those that are on the self isolation for travel or suspected cases of the virus. You....STAY HOME. Exercise....google the reasons why. There are many. Nutrition...nothing should change if you are mindful of your eating habits. Fruits Veggies Light Proteins <---Chicken, fish are a great idea. Rice, potatoes, pasta are all fine. Add in a multivitamin <--just in case. A fruit/protein smoothy is also a good idea. Were not sick now...but we might be. Prep your own food...try not to purchase takeout. So for now, stay save and try to make the best of it....were all in this together and stay 2 meters apart. I thought I would also add a workout for a more advanced fitness level.
Lets maybe run it this way instead.
