Portions of the Algonquin Park Visitor Centre Reopened After COVID-19 Closure Yesterday (July 31, 2020) Ontario Parks reopened the exhibits, viewing deck, and... Algonquin Room that were closed to the public on March 14, 2020 for COVID-19 prevention. All portions of the Algonquin Park Visitor Centre are now open except the Theatre and Sunday Creek Cafe operated by Ontario Parks. Stop by the Visitor Centre daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm for day use permits, information, park books, maps, souvenirs, bathrooms, plus discover the fascinating natural and cultural history of Algonquin Park.
