8 years ago, Delanie developed a curiosity towards gardening and sought out a summer job. That curiosity has turned into an obsession. Now she's always got plants on the brain! Delanie will be going into her 5th year at Pixie and is now honing her craftsmanship as a Landscape Horticulture Apprentice. She is really loving her first year of technical training at @olds.college When she's not gardening or dreaming about plants, you can find her out fishing with her friends, roasting marshmallows on the campfire or enjoying a good belly laugh. Delanie is eager to back into the gardens this season and work with the 2020 Pixie crew!

Here is Carmen! She is an avid connoisseur of coffee, cookies and quality jokes, and a junior high substitute teacher. She loves jamming to 90s grunge rock, dancing to hip hop and reading thoughtful books. Carmen's overall moto is that all landscapes need an Oak, a Larche, and some strawberries. She started working at @bowpointnursery during the summers when she was 14- switching to formal gardening 5 years ago! This is Carmen's second season with Pixie, she is looking forward to working hard with a stellar team and helping the gardens grow!

Today we would like to introduce Jasmine! Jasmine is going into her third year with us at Pixie Gardens. You can find her working with Melissa in Seasonal Containers and she is also a Crew Lead in Garden Maintenance! She believes gardening is therapeutic and spends most of her time outdoors. When she's not working/covered in dirt, you can find her hiking in the mountains, painting, practicing yoga, or playing with her puppy!

Before the gardening season starts we would like to shine some light on our amazing family here at Pixie. Amber is going into her fifth season as a crew lead in various divisions within the company. What started as a desire to spend more time outdoors, has evolved into a passion for gardening, while developing technical skills along the way. Amber thrives in any environment where she can utilize these skills to enhance both residential and community gardens. ... Amber spends her leisure time in her own garden at home, camping and spending as much time with friends and family as the busy summer season allows.
