#PSBDExclusive! Biman Bangladesh Airlines's newest Dash 8 recruit encountered a L2 hydraulic leak on Monday while on her 2nd test flight! As a result of the spray from the leak rubbing onto the airframe on the right side - the Canadian registration got smudged off as can be seen from the zoomed photo. After a go-around and a successful landing - the plane didn't taxi itself to parking but was instead towed from the runway.... Repairs were done and the aircraft went out yesterday for her 3rd test flight. Future S2-AKD successfully completed that flight without any incident. Word now is that the plane is scheduled to reach Bangladesh towards the end of this month.
