We have been in constant communication with our suppliers for the past several weeks and though we were expected to receive consoles for the November 12 launch, it is becoming evident that there will be no PS5 consoles available in store at this time. If you are able to secure a console elsewhere we are offering our customers a fu...ll refund. We ask for your patience at this time and ask that you understand that due delays which we can only assume are caused by the pandemic, it appears as though many other retailers are facing similar challenges this morning. Based on the guidelines set forth by Health Canada, and by other major retailers, we will follow suit and will be contacting all pre-order customers to arrange pick up times for Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles. At this time we will not have any consoles in store for purchase on release date. However, please stay tuned as we will be making an announcement after launch date reg...arding our next wave of ordering. These measures are put in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
