Everyone loves 5 year fixed mortgages. Do you ever ask why?

It’s that time of year again where we get to reflect on the past year and think about what we would like to change. This year I’m going to try to not ‘wait’ for myself to make changes like I have for so many years. Action has to be done consciously and not just a ‘hope’ that we might magically make a change without effort. What will you try to do better?

It’s easiest to give up. Make your passion greater than your urge to quit.

House prices are expected to continue to rise as mortgage rules and rates should stay low for 2021. Interesting they predict fixed rates will rise. My goal isn't to be the busiest mortgage agent as I truly want to work with a reasonable number of clients in order to offer them the best service possible. As my knowledge in the industry grows I feel that I can assist you in making your finances make the most sense. So many people don't understand the ins and outs of mortgages and it costs them a lot of money in interest and penalties over a lifetime.
