Park Place and Pollywogs have collaborated on a new delicious treat called Funnel Cakes. Pennsylvania Dutch batter topped with Kawartha Ice cream, strawberry sauce and fresh strawberry’s. Available for a limited time. (this Friday, Saturday and Sunday only).

Our local farmer Harry McMurter - Charlen Organic Farm drops down everyday and adds freshly picked vegetables and sometimes twice a day to keep the vegetable ...market fresh. He is currently expanding his product line of locally grown products to be available at Park Place. The produce stand is always open with the use of a cash box honour system. See more

Paul at Pollywogs has been busy for the last month perfecting the newest addition to his menu. Fish and Chips! Light beer batter, 5 oz Atlantic Haddock and fresh cut fries. This Saturday will be the launch day for my new favourite delicious dinner.

Park Place pop ups welcomes Charlen Farms. Local farmer Harry McMurter will be setting up a fresh produce market on the corner with us for this fall. We had big Hoss here for lunch Friday. He wanted to make up his own burger. 3 Colossal Burger patties, all with bacon and cheese, with the works on it. All on 1 bun!! We now call it, The Big Hoss

Here at Pollywogs we often get asked, how do you get your hamburgers to taste so good? Well the secret is, we purchase our beef from Trenton Farmers Market each day. They are made fresh every day! You will never receive a burger that's not made that day. We believe where we purchase our beef, and it never being frozen is the biggest factor in making the best burger possible. And we use the freshest toppings one each and every hamburger.

Just want to give a big shout out to Red Stone Embroidery. I was looking for a local embroiderer, to do some work on some hoodies, for Pollywogs. I can across Red Stone Embroidery, in Gosport. Not only did they do amazing art work, they helped with the design. Professional, Fast, and Friendly. I highly recommend them!
