Ok Ponoka! Its Weighin In On Wellness month with Ponoka FCSS... Submit your short video or picture once or once a week with advice, inspiration, recipes and ideas of wellness in every capacity. We will draw every Friday afternoon in September for $50 toward something in the health and wellness world... could be toward a gym fee or massage or workout gear.. lets have some fun and help each other get motivated! Send your videos by messenger or email or however we can get them. If you dont see your video up within a day or 2 please call us to be sure we received it. Coming in just under the line!! Noon is cut off for the final week of Singin For My Supper draws. This little sweetheart is entering again, this time with her talent in "Frog Balancing". Soo much fun, way to go and thanks so much for your participation!!!! September will be Weighing In On Wellness each week which can be for any kind of health at all. We cant wait to see what we learn!

Tools for School received a HUGE donation from Blackfalds FCSS of lunch bags.. most are even thermal! They received too big of a donation so are sharing the wealth! Please make an appointment if you could use some help with this program this year. Thank you graciously to those bringing in donations of money and supplies The lunch bags can also go to anyone in need, not just kids. We can give some supplies we have here and $25 toward supplies or shoes or lunches.
