As you may be aware, we have been taking all the necessary precautionary measures during this time (verbal screening questionnaire, mandatory face masks, temperature checks upon entry, etc.) and as the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we are now asking our patients to complete a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire prior to their in-clinic appointment. This electronic screening form will now be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment. Please note that should you be experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, in- clinic consultations will be converted to a virtual visit and any in-clinic treatments will be rescheduled and any cancellation fees will be waived. What are the advantages of IV Nutrient therapy?
