Many changes have been made in our offices to ensure a safe environment for our patients and our staff as we reopen this week. Along with extensive sanitizing of door handles, desk items, and all operatory surfaces and instruments after every patient, we have removed all magazines, the water cooler, and most chairs from our waiting room, and plexi-glass shields now surround our reception desk in both offices. Our doors remain locked and we are asking our patients to ring our ...new doorbell to let us know when they arrive for their appointment. We are limiting the number of patients in our office to one at a time, so we may ask you to wait outside or in your car until we are ready for you to come in for your appointment. Unfortunately this means only essential care companions can accompany you to your appointment. We have a hand sanitizing station immediately upon entering and masks are available for those who wish to wear one. If you have any questions or concerns about our new protocols, please let us know. Things may look a little different, but we are happy to return to helping you get the smile you deserve! See more

Our clinics are preparing to reopen soon, however we are still waiting for protocols and guidelines to be announced by the College of Denturists of BC. If you have been waiting to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled, please rest assured that we will be in touch with you as soon as we know when we can reopen.
