Tonight I had the pleasure of watching everyone over the big screen!!! It was awesome and I could actually see everybody and some smiles lol!!! That was so much fun on my end I miss our live classes for the atmosphere that you guys create so thank you for that!!

I've done this in the past MANY TIMES, and I'm not sure if it was all in my head, but it seemed to help!! Peel and onion and slice it open. Leave that onion on your counter. Hi everyone! Were sure you all are feeling bombarded and overwhelmed ...and frankly just OVER Covid-19. At this time we are going to continue with regular scheduled classes. We have taken time to read and listen to the recommendations by government and health officials and everyones health and safety is important to us; as there is no close contact during our classes we feel it is still a relatively safe space. We are now going to ask that after you enter the building and... set out your mat, BEFORE you grab a set of RipStix please wash your hands. After class please leave the RipStix on the floor and not back in the bag, so they can be cleaned (as we have been doing). We encourage you to again wash your hands after class...and again when you get home you may also want to consider cleaning your mat. And lastly, if you are feeling unwell please stay home. We are nearing the end of this session in all 3 towns and everyone is doing awesome!! Reminder there is no pound for Southey on Friday Feb 28. March 2nd, 3rd and 6th are Glow Pound!!!!!! Make sure you wear bright clothes to glow under the black lights! Kids are welcome at all 3 glow dates!
