1 year ago today we received the 2 Comma Club award from ClickFunnels (Official) and it felt crazy surreal! It took us 3 years to build Power Surge Marketing... to a spot where the revenue exceed ONE MILLION $$$$$/year...... Like whattt !? I never couldve imagined. {Enter CVID-19} 3 weeks ago we had to... pivot... and recreate all of our systems and processes and go after a completely different niche thats very existence is in jeopardy... Her last move was 2 years ago when she said goodbye to Lethbridge for Calgary to live in the same city as her now husband, Rob . She would describe herself as a "sporty nerd". Most of her free time is spent skateboarding or in the gym and any other time usually goes to playing tabletop g...ames or reading books on philosophy, society, politics, etc. While those may seem like very polar opposite hobbies, they both encompass a lot of strategic thinking and fun challenges. Which is what she likes; to think hard when she plays hard ! The same can be said for what she looks for in a professional role. Bailey likes to be in a role that is client facing (because she thinks talking to clients is fun) and also allows her to solve a lot of complex and diverse problems . She has spent the past two years based in Southeast Asia growing numerous wellness and hospitality businesses, while enjoying the bliss of tropical island life . Yesterday was international coffee day, but every day deserves to be international coffee day... especially Mondays.

Were super excited to announce we have a new Account Manager joining the PSM family. Welcome Melissa! A born and (mostly) raised Calgarian , Melissas heart now belongs to the Okanagan, British Columbia. Theres just something about all those lakes and being in the heart of the mountains ! Melissa loves the outdoors and being active, camping off grid every year in the deep backcountry and hitting the quadding trails! ... She also enjoys golfing, hiking, swimming and snowboarding. We also love Melissas passion for music and dance (including air guitar and rocking it out on the karaoke stage). Excited to be part of a team and company whose values and mission are so in line with her own, Melissa is looking forward to joining the positive, upbeat environment at PSM. We know youll feel right at home!
