900 ACE Turbo New products & Update ----------------------------------------------- Since the release in 2019 of the 900 ace Turbo, we have been working full time on this platform to gain complete control over the stock ecu, the feeling of the throttle control was one of the main things that needed to be improved to give the rider the perfect ride. We have spent countless hours riding in different conditions to get the throttle response the way it should be from the start. Yo...u can ride in tight corners or on lakes you will always have a perfect connection with the power delivery. With this update, the engine braking also have been improved, also we found at the start that the little turbo was so responsive that the sled was breaking traction all the time with a little throttle movement, this update also makes the chassis / clutch working better. The ride is simply improved on all points. we also have released 2 new products in our line The Stage 1R this stage is made to run with our high flow turbo outlet. this flash is the best choice for the rider that wants a little more than the stage 1 without changing the fuel system. Eco mode is still fully functional if your wife or kids are riding it Standard gives the power of the stage 1 Sport will add 1 psi and a more aggressive timing curve. The Stage 2R is the stage 2 with an option for race fuel The following upgrade are required for the stage 2 Fuel system upgrade: The fuel system of the 900T is the first limit when trying to get more power out of the sled.the stock injectors are 385cc at 58 psi and the fuel pressure is fixed, that means when running for an example 20 psi of boost you have only 38psi of fuel pressure left to feed the engine.the 385cc injectors are now 310cc and the more boost you make the smaller the injectors gets. with our rising rate fuel system, you can now make 230 hp with the stock injectors, keeping the stock injectors makes things easier on cold starts and drivability, also keeping the same (fuel pressure-intake manifold pressure) makes the spray pattern more efficient and reduce the risk of detonation. Wastegate upgrade To make more than 15 psi with the 900T, the wastegate require adjustment on the preload, we decided to team up with TIAL sport to resolve the problem, we preferred having everyone use the same wastegate preload for a more precise mapping, the new wastegate is good to run 23 psi without any adjustments High flow turbo outlets The stock turbo outlet is restrictive and creates a lot of heat, replacing it increases the exhaust flow and helps turbo spool up. For the people that likes to ride and race on the weekends, the stage 2R is for you Eco mode is retained like stock Standard mode is 18 psi 215 hp pump gas Sport mode is 22.5 psi on race fuel The multi map Stage 1R & 2R is now ready to launch!!!
