We will continue to serve you through our drive-thru in order to serve all our customers with quick service, and we also continue to invite you into the store if you are wanting to shop in our swimwear area for flip flops, swimsuits, hats, sun protective clothing, goggles, masks, snorkel sets, fins and so much more from infants to adults. Great towel hoodies made in Toronto which are fantastic at the pool, cottage or boat. We have only a few Sundance Spas left available for immediate delivery and welcome you through to shop for them as well. Almost sold out as many customers have upgraded their backyards during COVID-19. Shop the outdoor tent or come in for pool toys and lake floats and towables for behind your boat. We kindly ask everyone to stop at our drive-thru tent area and if we can't help you at the drive thru we will direct you to the parking lot, we will ask you to use our sanitizer at the door before entering. We can allow 3 or 4 customers in at one time, so for your spa or pool supplies, we will deliver to your car in the drive-thru allowing quick service for everyone. No need to call ahead, just drive in! Everyone is welcome during store hours but please no water testing 40 minutes before closing. We can service up to 170 people each weekday and up to 80 on Saturdays. We remind you to keep safe and healthy and keep a 6' (2m) distance from all other customers and staff. WITH CANADA DAY FALLING ON THE WEDNESDAY, WE WILL BE CLOSED Wednesday July 1 and we are also CLOSED for Saturday July 4, to allow all staff a well deserved break for the weekend through these unprecedented times. Hi Everyone! Just wanted to thank the hundreds and hundreds of wonderful customers who are treating all the team at Pro-Tech so kindly. :) We thank you. For those who do not, please note: THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR SWEARING AND CURSING AND DIS-RESPECT ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON! Zero tolerance means we will hang up the phone or if you are in the drive way you will be asked to leave immediately! We are and will continue to maintain COVID-19 safety protocols put forth... by the Health Unit and government and are working to keep everyone served as quickly as possible. Everyone is doing their absolute best to serve you and help you keep your pool and hot tub functioning. As a side NOTE: Please know, when you winterize your own equipment it must be done properly in order to avoid damage to your equipment.. Damage due to poor care is not covered under manufacturers warranty. We do help people who ask questions how to keep your equipment functioning efficiently and smoothly.
