When a BMW X3 needs a new starter motor, you have to find it under the intake manifold!

The things I have to do sometimes! Lol. Good thing I'm handy with zip ties. Don't judge me on the tape job, it was not my doing!

Sometimes, it's good to notice problems before they become bigger issues! Here we have a tire valve that is beginning to crack and eventually leak. I know this because the tire on the other side already went flat because of the same issue and damaged the tire because she drove on it. Luckily, I checked the others and found another one starting to go!

When you feel sorry for your tech, you take pictures!

Sometimes an exhaust leak (noisy muffler) can be fixed by finding the spot that leaks.... Notice the soot markings between the flanges and the space between. The gasket have deteriorated to the point of no return. New gaskets and hardware was all it needed as the original piping will last another ten years easy! Don't let mechanics tell you a new pipe is needed. It will either be very expensive for a good quality one or it will still expensive for a cheap quality one that will last only a few years!

When suspension components are badly seized... Sometimes you have to improvise. Here, we cut out a section to allow us to press out the wheel bearing and then weld back the cut piece! Not something you see everyday, thankfully! But we got the job done, thanks to my dad of course!

When gaskets dry up they leak. Sometimes, they allow oil to leak inside the combustion chambers and submerge the ignition coils and spark plugs. Surprisingly, his car was not misfiring. It was just burning engine oil.

Just did a steering gear/coupler on a 2014 Hyundai sonata! Dealer wanted alot of $$ to change it plus the steering shaft which is unnecessary! We helped her out at a fraction of the price. The issue with the car was a clunking noise when moving the steering wheel.
