First they shovelled....then they won it all! Congrats to the Almonte Thunderbolts, your 2019 OFSAA Senior Boys Basketball champions!!!

Simply put, winter construction completely sucks. A huge THANK YOU goes out to the Almonte Thunderbolts Senior Boys Basketball team for shovelling two snow storms out of a 2000sf basement this morning....Our custom build in Richmond is now ready to pour the basement slab! The Thunderbolts are off to OFSAA in London, ON next week to compete for a provincial championship. Best of luck lads!

The renovation to end all renovations....One of Pakenham's most cherished heritage homes now shines again! Here are some more progress pics from last fall.

Our heritage restoration project in Pakenham is starting to take shape! Windows have been replaced with ultra efficient triple glazed PVC hybrid windows throughout. We have also repointed some original stonework, and started rebuilding three new openings as part of the redesign. Today we replaced a massive structural beam in the basement and added new steel support posts to support our massive timber beams inside. Outside, we have started to install a state of the art 6 tonne ground loop geothermal heating system. Next up, we will begin framing new walls inside and start bringing the new floor plan to life.
