It's two days until Christmas Eve. For many, Christmas is not the joyous occasion presented by all those Hallmark movies. Not. Even. Close. For everyone struggling to feel something, missing the family they never really had or facing demons; we send you heartfelt love and light to brighten the darkened corners. We send the biggest virtual hug. We care, and we're here for you even over the holidays. Our warm line remains open from 10am until midnight. Call us. We look forward to speaking to you. No matter the struggle, the challenge or the sadness. Just call. 753.2560 or toll free 1.855.753.2560. Meanwhile, if you do nothing else today, watch this, and maybe, find just a moment of peace. It's only 7 minutes long. We miss you! From all of us at CHANNAL. https://gem.cbc.ca//canadia/try-to-fly/38e815a-0136b25e70d

Reach out. Call our warm line. 1.855.753.2560 753.2560... Your depression may tell you you're not worth it. It's lies. Depression, mental illness and addiction likes to hide you away in darkness, in isolation and tell you you're useless. It's lies. It tells you nobody cares. Also lies. You absolutely matter. You are worth it. We want to hear from you. We know what it's like. Call our warm line anytime from 10am until midnight, 7 days a week. Please.
