Wrapping up this steep roof on our Oakville build, the guys are killing it

This Burlington addition is coming along well, we will be wrapped up this week and then onto the next

When a guy from church says he’s a carpenter don’t assume he is as good as Jesus was. This guy over spanned and overload an lvl beam so we had to remove it and install a steel beam. This repair job was completed for 80% of the original cost to do it wrong . The moral of this story, get a permit it’s designed to protect the unknowing customer. Also, hire a professional. Just because someone says they have framed houses for 10 years doesn’t mean they have been doing it well.
