Our next processing slot is Dec 30th, so order your quarter, half or whole bison now for January delivery. A side of bison will be $7.00/lb based on rail weight, and a quarter bison is $8.00/lb (equal share of cuts from the front and hind quarter). These heifers will be about 250 lbs per side on the rail, putting about 175 lbs of finished meat into your freezer. Grass-finished and hormone/antibiotic-free!

Now taking orders for a quarter bison ($8.00/lb rail weight) or half bison ($7.00/lb rail weight) for delivery end October. We also have lean ground bison at $9.00/lb delivered, minimum quantity 50 lbs.
