Little details A few cool shots from todays work. These are at a custom home we started and finished north of Barrie. Photos were taken in the master ensuite and basement bathroom. ... Low Water Pressure A client of mine has been dealing with low water pressure throughout their entire home for quite some time now. For instance, when he ran the shower and his wife turned on the bathtub for the kids (at the other end of the house) the water pressure dropped below 40psi. Thanks to @grundfosusa and the SCALA2 I was able to boost the working pressure throughout the home to a constant 70-75psi with no overly noticeable pressure drops while running mor...e than one fixture at a time. Always call a professional My client was experiencing a steady drip coming from their ensuite soaker tub faucet. I ordered the replacement cartridges and seats from a supplier. ... Unfortunately my client got antsy and had their friend try to slow the drip until the new parts arrived. Long story short the cartridge was not reinstalled properly resulting in extensive drywall damage in the bedroom below, which caused the hot water to leak through the tub during the night. The threads were stripped so badly I was unable to fix the existing faucet and had to replace it entirely.... Before and after Relocated the kitchen from the back of the home to the middle of where the living room used to be. I added a coffee/bar sink and relocated the laundry on the main floor.
