Hi! It's been awhile since I posted. Sorry about that but just to let you know that I am now back and am available for questions about aging, skincare and health in 2017.

Qi beauty's intense organic oil is the most amazing all around skin care product. Made with Australian seabuck thorn oil and Australian jojoba it is not only great as a skin conditioner for your face, but use it on nails and cuticles to keep them strong and moisturized, mix it with your night cream for restoring natural ph (only need 3-4 drops), use it as a primer under your foundation, and blemishes on your décolletage will soon be gone with spot applications. All that from one little bottle.

Anti-aging the not a reliable term and is quite misleading. Nothing can stop the aging process it is really age management. Last night at the MTV awards Rebel Wilson a truly gifted comedian, presented herself as a "Victoria Secret" model with the word "think" on her butt. In her comments she says she was drawing attention to the distorted images we have of ourselves as women through unrealistic expectations of eternal youth or our size and that we all need to know and accept that we are beautiful in who we are! In an online article I read this morning there were truly the most vial comments aimed ...at this woman calling her "fatty" and making rude comments about people who have body weight issues and I was appalled. It is a shame that as women we cannot be happy with ourselves, everyday I have the most gorgeous women come into my office with the desire to look 20 again not seeing how absolutely stunning they are right now! Anti-aging is a misnomer and is an overused term, managing aging, natural aging are much more beneficial to us all. What I do with Qi beauty is to help women manage the aging process gracefully, to look healthy by restoring vitality and tone while helping to fight the free radicals that are the negative property of the aging process. I love what I do and I love to help women with managing age, I don't want to age either, but the reality of it is that we are all going to and it is how we manage it. We are all beautiful and we need to embrace ourselves and stop the shaming.

Happy Easter! Hoping for a beautiful weekend for all the beautiful ladies out there!

Hydration is not only important to the April ground getting ready to give us those beautiful May flowers but to our bodies. Spring is the season of the liver/gallbladder meridian which needs lots of sunshine and hydration after the long dry winter. Drinking hot water and lemon is a great way to make the liver happy as well as leafy greens. And when thinking about our skin don't forget the lips as they have the thinnest layers of skin and tend to be dried out and lose volume. If you ladies have home kits place you magnets around the top and bottom lip to draw volume and moisture! And don't forget the lip balm when out for those sunny day walks.
