We have been very busy processing your cancellations and submitting insurance claims on your behalf should you have purchased it. If you fall into this category, we ask for your patience in receiving your confirmation and claim decision from Manulife. The insurance company received as many cl...aims in two weeks that they normally receive in a full year. this means it WILL take some time for them to be processed properly. Rest assured, we are here to help! 95% of claims have been submitted, and like yourselves, we are awaiting confirmation. It is always our first priority to make sure your health, safety, and financial investment come first. Once we submit your claim, ALL communications, payments, and decisions are at the discretion of the insurance company. We ask at this time, for your continued patience, and thank you in advance for understanding this process will take longer than normal.
