Today was one killer workout! I created this as a quick yet brutal fat burner that utilizes High Intensity Interval Training techniques along with Peripheral Heart Action Training to burn through calories. 10 minutes warm up on incline treadmill at a brisk walk.... Clean and press X 10 Burpees X 30 seconds 45 second rest X 3 Barbell Squats X 10 4 corner plate hops X 60 seconds 45 second rest X 3 Pushups X 20 Rowing machine X 60 seconds 45 second rest X 3 Hanging Leg raise X 15 High knee jump rope X 60 seconds 45 second rest X 3 Cool down with a quick three minutes of walking and active recovery. Make sure you do some stretching. Going all the way through this workout will give you a crazy burn and keep your metabolism high all day! Make sure to consume some protein and carbs directly after this workout, and stay hydrated.
