Our door is locked to ensure social distancing protocols, not because we do not want to help you. Our staff has worked very hard all spring, summer and fall to assist patients in the parking lot when our office has been full or no appointment has been made. Please extend us the courtesy as the upcoming weather changes to cold, snow and rain by calling our office for an appointment. It is most unpleasant to stand out in the cold and hand out supplies on these days.... We are doing our best during these frustrating times. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!

Just a reminder to our patients! We are open by appointment only Monday-Friday in order to comply with the Covid 19 rules and social distancing guidelines. We are often able to fit in your CPAP needs on the same day you call, if you just need supplies or have an issue that needs resolving quickly.... With the cooler weather coming, we will be unable to continue offering assistance in the parking lot for patient's who do not make an appointment. We spent a lot of time outside this summer trying to assisting those who just knocked on the door. We are working hard and doing our best everyday. Quinte CPAP has been working hard through Covid 19 to attend to all of your CPAP needs and equipment issues. Please note that we are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This allows our staff to be prepared for your appointment and to give you the best care possible.... We are only allowing one patient in our office at a time so it is difficult to accomodate calls from our parking lot requesting care. Please give our office a call before you head out the door! Our Trenton office is once again experiencing some technical difficulties, with phones and internet being down in the area. We hope that things will be back to normal soon. Thank you for your patience! Edit: As of 1:30 today we have service again! Re-Edit: As of 2:00 service is out once more ... To any patients who may have been effected by this, we will get back to you as fast as possible. In the meantime, you can reach our Belleville office at 613-779-1285. Hopefully things will be patched up by tomorrow!

Our Trenton office does not have phone lines or internet. We have been told that Fiber line has been cut and it has affected a lot of Trenton, Brighton and some of Belleville. We are hoping that things will return to normal tomorrow!

Quinte CPAP continues to be open at our Trenton location 9am-3pm Mon-Fri and our Belleville location 9am-3pm Monday- Wednesday and Friday 9am-1pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We have been able to stay open and stay safe while attending to our patient needs and concerns.... We will continue this practice for a few more weeks and reassess from there. Please share... In response to the COVID -19 situation, Quinte CPAP is working hard to keep our patients and staff safe. Our office will be open BY APPOINTMENT... ONLY for the next few weeks. This will limit foot traffic in the office and allow staff to sanitize surfaces between patients. Please assist this process by calling for your appointment at 613-392-5082 (Trenton) 613-779-1285 Belleville. Please do not show up more than 5 mins before your scheduled appointment time. Our doors will be locked in between appointments. Patients will be asked to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use our Purell dispensers before their appointment. Staff will be spraying all surfaces with Lysol and using our hospital grade disinfectants on all the surfaces and equipment needed. Please call for your appointment and leave one message so that we can return your call. All calls will be returned during the same business day. Phoning several times in a row and not leaving a message just ties up the phone lines for others trying to make an appointment.
