This little man is BIG on character. Post redlight treatment and massage, the taping shown here is to aid in back support and muscle tension release. The hamstrings were taped on one side to activate the muscles, the other side to aid in support. Fascia is connective tissue found throughout the body. When damaged it tightens and loses its fluidity inhibiting movement. Worse, damaged fascia can cause restrictions and pain in areas far away from the original injury!!!
