They may have spotters set up in down town over passes, on the top of train bridges, standing in plain clothes at bus stops watching for cell phone offences. They then radio to other officers who pull you over and give you a ticket. On receipt of a ticket it is a 3 day immediate suspension, a loss of 5 merits if convicted and a fine of $672.00 This is not Entrapment - ...this is Enforcement. 12:15 today - Phone call from a fellow with a $495.00 photo radar ticket. Told him about my "No Risk" service. He said he would think about it. 4:30 pm - call back from same fellow.
