I seen a new reality for my consulting firm for when I conclude my MBA this spring. I envisions the concepts and began exploration, and analysis. I have spent a considerable amount of my discretionary time honing my understanding of consulting practices over the last couple months, planning and engaging for partnership as well as refining my own business model and strategies for my consulting firm Radical Raven Consulting. It begins with setting my sights on a new reality of... my future. My questions to you are: What future do you Envision? What questions drive that vision? How do you nudge reality today towards that future? #indigenousbusiness #radicalravenco #change

Another exciting Americas MBA residency abroad approaches, where in just two short weeks I will be studying family business and international competitiveness at ITAM in Mexico City. During the coming residency I hope to gain an understanding of the unique challenges and characteristics of family firms. This type course material promises high value knowledge to understand how to better manage family firms. This understanding should shed light on how to plan business training within the indigenous frame. #indigenousentrepreneur #radicalravenco #coastsalish #xwelmexw #familybusiness
Storied pasts begin with thoughtful analysis, ambitious goals designed from actionable insights, and disciplined but adaptive execution of that design. 2018 will be Radical Raven Consulting’s third year of business. I anticipate the year to be better than ever as I transition out of my International MBA obligations this spring. What it means to the future core of our consulting firm is accepting more projects for multinational firms and clients, creating new partnerships, an...d being more accessible to underserved clients. Regardless of the planned and unplanned outcomes of 2018 it is my hope the beneficiary be the society we serve. I Hope to connect with you in 2018! #radicalravenco #indigenousentrepreneur

Negotiating high quality outcomes I have reflected on how my leadership style, values and characteristics mingle with my personality type as an INFP, and what that means to me as a negotiator. It was a great opportunity for introspection understanding what assets I could call upon or risks I need to be mindful of when negotiating complex issues. I am aware, I am prepared, I have experience and passion. I am the gatekeeper hear me roar! ... #mbanegotiations #radicalravenco #tcb #pelhoxwlh #xwelmexw #indigenousentrepreneur

This weekend was all about skill development, specifically honing negotiation skills and decision frameworks at Segal Graduate school. Over the course of an intense weekend I was involved in several simulated negotiation scenarios one might find themselves championing in their professional life. It was quite impressive to see how well my cohort represented particular interests, and creating very tricky challenges to achieving desired outcomes. I watched very sharp people b...ecome remarkably proficient in a shockingly short period of time. I continue to be amazed at my peers, and have to give credit to the quality instruction and design of the course for what it developed in high functioning professionals during that time! #shrewdnegotiators #badassery #radicalravenco #coastsalish #xwelmexw #indigenousentrepreneur #sfumba
