Sometimes the opportunity to show love and compassion helps heal grief. This little guy desperately needs a forever home. He is high energy, with a great prey drive. Would probably excel at Flyball. He is great with adults and other dogs and loves to cuddle, unfortunately he chases cats and is too active for small children. We MUST FIND HIM A HOME SOON!

If we try to focus on all those wonderful days in between, it may help easy our grief and perhaps offer a different perspective from which to move forward.

The saddest words a dog can hear is 'this will be my last pet'. Sharing love has the capacity to mend broken hearts, and heal the wounds of loneliness.
