In-person Youth Program is opening on October 20, 2020. More info on what to expect: STRUCTURE... - Programming will run in 1 hour slots and youth will have to pre-register to join programming due to limited space - When possible, we will post programming on YouTube so that youth who aren't participating in person can also do the activities. - Youth will be required to wear a mask. They will be provided with a disposable mask if they are unable to provide their own. MEALS - There will not be any group dinners for the time being. Instead, staff will create brown bag lunches for youth to eat outside of program. - The brown bag lunches will be prepared in advance by staff who will be wearing gloves and masks. OTHER INFO - Bus tokens will be given out at the end of programming. Safer sex, safer substance use and hygiene supplies are still available for youth. More info about the registration process will be available in October. If you have any questions, please contact us! On September 23 we celebrate Bisexual Day of Visibility! Bisexuality can be defined as an attraction to your gender as well as genders different than your own (you may use a different definition to describe your bisexuality and that's cool too!). Bisexuality can reject the gender binary and challenge our ideas about gender and sexuality. Bisexuality isn't binary. It can include all genders! Happy Bisexual Day of Visibility to all of our bisexual friends. We love you!... [Image Description: a graphic with a light blue background and bold black text that reads "still bi. still here. still proud. BISEXUAL DAY OF VISIBILITY." At the bottom of the graphic are illustrations of multiple people dressed in the bisexual flag colours (horizontal stripes of pink, purple and blue). Two people are holding up bisexual flags. Everyone is smiling.]

Today is #overdoseawarenessday and we want to remind folks that people who use drugs deserve love and care. It's important that we talk about overdoses in order to reduce stigma. Folks should be able to access resources and support without shame. Overdoses are preventable; Narcan and Naloxone save lives. If you would like more information and resources on safer substance use (including supplies!), please message us and we will be happy to support you ...
