Puppies need us. On the first week of December, we will be welcoming a last-minute intake from Manitoba. It’s cold. Puppies are fragile. We will do anything we ...can. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances, our supply donations have been dwindling and we do not have what is needed to keep these dogs well cared for when they arrived. Today, we’re asking for your help to load us up with supplies. It’s important these puppies, as well as pregnant moms, join homes ready for them. These dogs are generally the least healthy that we support, and things like stable food for their bellies full of parasites will help ease their discomfort on the road to recovery. Our ask is the more challenging route, as we believe utilizing Amazon Wishlist at this time is insensitive to our local business friends, but need our community to show up and support. We need: 35 bags of Iams Large Breed Puppy Food (6kg bags) 22 bags of Iams Regular Breed Puppy Food (6kg bags) 8 cases of wet puppy food (packs of 12) 31 boxes of pee pads (100 packs) 5 non-electric warming pads for puppies for the ride here (needed in Oakville by November 26th) We also always accept martingale collars of all sizes & leashes. *We do not accept open bags of food or expired food! Items are needed by November 28th. Drop off locations are in the following cities: Toronto Etobicoke - *Preferred drop location Mississauga Oakville - *Preferred drop location Burlington Hamilton Guelph Whitby Fonthill Please speak with friends, family, and your community to see if you can maximize your donation before messaging us a list of the items you have as well as the location you wish to drop-off. Please send a DM to communicate. If you prefer to order online and have something delivered to us, please send us a message for further details. We currently do not need any fosters or adopters. These animals have homes until they can be adopted after the holidays. We much appreciate any support you can offer for these dogs. Our goal right now is to aid the dogs in need, but our drive forward will always be to prevent it.
