Thank you one and all for your continued patronage this past year. As we get ready for 2021 and the new challenges ahead we are pausing to give our staff a chance to catch their breath. FRESH POST! 3 days a week job opening in our Morse location. $14/hr starting wage potential for full time for the right person. You’ve got to have a positive attitude and want to learn. A clean freak would be great since we get a little messy when it gets busy and need more help staying in top of things. It can be physically demanding, we lift 60 pound cases and run on our feet all the time. The team is awesome, 3 other positive young people who put their heart and soul into... the job, and know how to have fun! The job is assisting in sausage making and packaging product. There’s no killing or hanging meat at this location. Sanitation is big too, as mentioned before. Early season hunters have kept us on our toes! Our rails are full this weekend and we are unable to take in any game carcasses until Wednesday. BUTCHER POSITION IN CHAPLIN! We are hiring a butcher to fill a spot on our table. Cutting experience such as grocery store butcher or line cutting is essential. Strong preference will be given to any graduates of Olds College or Sask Polytechnic meat courses. A successful candidate should be motivated to learn and work well with our team. Duties will include breaking down all species of carcass, working with saws, bandsaw, meat grinder, vacuum sealer and all sizes of cutler...y. Will be required to clean and sanitize. Must have a strong work ethic and be customer service oriented. Must possess a valid drivers license. Chaplin is a small community 45 minutes west of Moose Jaw.
