Hello Raw Followers! We are happy to announce we will be taking some limited appointments at Vamp starting Saturday June 6th, and we have some news to share before we get to see all of your lovely faces! We will continue to provide the safe and hygienic environment that you are accustomed to, but have a few adjustments for our ‘new normal’. Thank you for your patience and love as we try to navigate this new Raw chapter. There has been some stipulations implemented lately to ...keep us and our community safe and healthy. Please be sure to read them before booking appointments. 1. Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have travelled within the last 14 days. We are waving all cancellation fees at this time so please help us keep all of our clients and coworkers safe. We are no longer offering walk in clients and are strictly by appointment only. 2. All clients will be required to use hand sanitizer when both arriving and departing. 3. Please arrive on time for your appointment and not early, as you will have to wait outside until we call you in. This allows us proper social distancing and extra time to sanitize between appointments 4. We are both required to wear masks during your appointment. We at Raw will have reusable cloth masks and ask that you bring a mask for yourself as well. We will sell you a disposable mask for $1 cost if you do not have your own. (We acquired ours at ‘Masks By Sharon’. They are beautiful, comfortable, inexpensive, and ship fast from up island.) 5. Because of this new mask rule we are unfortunately no longer offering upper lip/chin services. 6. Please refrain from bringing additional friends, children, or fur babies into the salon. The waiting area is closed and the hallway and treatment room are very confined spaces. We need to reduce traffic and respect the needs of other staff working in the salon with their clients. 7. Unfortunately, as hard as it is for Raw beings such as us, no hugging or handshakes for now. COVID19 Raw update: We are closing. It is with somber recognition of the severity of what we are dealing with that Raw Sugaring is closing its doors until at least the first week of April. Even with the intense precautions we have been taking, it is impossible to keep up with social distancing guidelines and we need to exercise our social responsibility as much as we possibly can. ... Our Raw clients are in our hearts at this uncertain and fearful time. We love what we do and our income depends on having clients on the table. However, the health and safety of our clients is of upmost priority, and the most responsible thing we can do to help flatten the curve during this global crisis is to close. We will be contacting everyone who is booked during this time period and ensure that you are rebooked in a timely manner as we continue to get new information about COVID19.
